Frozen Whole Cooked Crab
The Brown Crab, is a highly sought after seafood delicacy. It is prized for its sweet, succulent meat and is a staple in Irish seafood cuisine. Sustainably harvested in pots and landed on the same day ensures the freshest of product is delivered to the plant for cooking. The crab season runs from September to January each year. During this time, female crabs are selected based on their roe content and fullness. Sizes of this ready to eat product include 400/600g, 600/800g and 800g+.
