Frozen Raw Lobster

Irish lobsters are known for their rich flavor and firm texture.  A  state-of-the-art live holding facility ensures that lobsters can be maintained in optimal condition until the moment orders are received for processing. This guarantees that clients receive the freshest, highest quality lobster available, on demand. Lobsters are generally available all year round but weather conditions are more favourable during summer months meaning more landings and better prices for freezing.  The main size landed is 400/600g with more limited availability on larger sizes.  Lobsters are individually packed in nets and then frozen.

Sustainability

Lobsters are primarily caught using pots and creels, which are considered environmentally friendly as they have minimal impact on the seabed and reduce by-catch.  Additionally, there are strict regulations in place on size limits and protection of berried (egg-bearing) females to safeguard stocks of the species.
